Ordinary Classrooms is an educational consultancy, run by Michelle Prosser Haywood, that works towards developing inclusivity, equality and equity across the education sector for all learners in all our classrooms, with all the teachers teaching them and all the leaders leading them.

We have particular expertise in SEND Leadership, across all educational settings, and can support your school to, audit your SEND policy, practice and provision, support a new SENCO and provide leadership coaching and mentoring to support your leaders to work with learners identified as having SEND.

Our SEND learning Support packages are extremely popular and they can include, supporting  the diagnosis of a learning difficulty and/or with applying for EHCP through our bespoke, Shadow of the learner observations, individual assessment packages and analysis of prior teaching and learning. We can also work with your staff to develop adaptive teaching and learning within the classroom

We offer a range of services, including our  #OrdPolicyEdits, which support policy makers in schools ensuring that statutory policies are regularly reviewed and are compliant with the latest Department of Education guidance.
